Work from your drawings, samples or photos, or start from a catalogue model that already has a production mould. New designs follow all seven stages; catalogue models with an existing mould begin at casting.
3D Modelling or Sculpting
For new designs, we create a 3D-printed or hand-sculpted master model.
Production Mould Making
After design approval, a separate production mould is made from the approved master.
Casting & Demoulding
The material is cast in the production mould, cured and released section by section.
Assembly & Repair
Moulded sections are joined, seams repaired and the assembled product refined.
Testing
Assembly, stability and the intended functional or visual effect are checked.
Coloring
The agreed sandstone-look colour and surface finish are spray-applied.
Packaging
Large products are packed in separate parts, each wrapped and boxed or crated on its own.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We make our products through our own production process: design, mould making, casting, assembly, testing, colouring and packaging, at our base in Huizhou, Guangdong.
Can you make products from our drawings or photos?
Yes. OEM and ODM work starts from your drawings, samples or reference photos. A new design needs assessment and a separate production mould; tooling is quoted separately.
Can you change the size, colour or surface finish?
Yes. Size, colour and surface finish can be customised. Tell us what you need and we will confirm what is possible for the model.
How do I get a quote?

How are the products packed for export?
Each catalogue model is listed with its carton volume (CBM) and carton quantity, so you can plan loading. Packaging details are confirmed with your quotation.
