Are you a factory or a trading company?
We make our products through our own production process: design, mold making, casting, assembly, testing, coloring and packaging, at our facility in Huizhou, Guangdong.
Can you make products from our drawings or photos?
Yes. OEM and ODM work starts from your drawings, samples or reference photos. A new design needs to be assessed and requires a separate production mold; tooling is quoted separately.
Can you change the size, color or surface finish?
Yes. Size, color and surface finish can be customized. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm what’s possible for that model.
Are the urn planters available in more than one size?
Yes. Several designs are cast in two or three sizes: B-015, B-179 and B-255 in two sizes, B-418 in three. Each size is listed with its own dimensions and carton volume.
Do you supply urns with matching pedestals?
Yes. Some urns are listed in our catalog as two-piece sets with a matching pedestal, such as B-024 with H-037, and B-255XL with H-476 or H-247L. Tell us which combination you need.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the model and the level of customization. Send us your requirements and we’ll confirm both in writing.
How are the products packed for export?
Each catalog model is listed with its carton volume (CBM) and carton quantity, so you can plan container loading. Packaging details are confirmed with your quote.
