Inside the JinShine Landscape Factory

Our fountains, statues, planters and columns are moulded, assembled, finished and packed in our own workshops in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. We also take orders for custom-built artificial trees. The photos on this page were taken on our factory floor and in our warehouse.

Workshop

Moulds, Casting and Hand Finishing

Our products are made from mould-formed cast poly-resin with a natural sandstone-look finish. After demoulding, craftsmen join the sections, repair the seams and refine carved detail by hand before each piece moves on to testing and colouring.

Large-Format Pieces

Relief Screen Walls, from Raw Cast to Lighting Check

Large pieces follow the same stages at a bigger scale. These relief screen walls are assembled upright on the shop floor, detailed and coloured by hand, then checked with their built-in lighting switched on.

Warehouse

Crated for Export

Finished pieces are wrapped, then braced in timber crates or strapped to pallets in our warehouse before loading.

Process

Seven Production Stages

New designs go through all seven stages. Products with an existing production mould start at Stage 03.

  1. 01

    3D Modelling or Sculpting

    For new designs, create a 3D-printed or hand-sculpted master model.

  2. 02

    Production Mould Making

    After design approval, make a separate production mould from the approved master.

  3. 03

    Casting & Demoulding

    Cast the material in the production mould, cure it and release each section.

  4. 04

    Assembly & Repair

    Join the moulded sections, repair seams and refine the assembled product.

  5. 05

    Testing

    Check assembly, stability and the intended functional or visual effect.

  6. 06

    Coloring

    Spray-apply the specified sandstone-look color and surface finish.

  7. 07

    Packaging

    Large products are packed in separate parts, each wrapped and boxed or crated on its own.
