What sizes can you make an artificial tree in?
Every tree is made to order. Height, canopy spread and shape are built to your design, so there is no fixed size list. Tell us the height and spread you need, or send drawings or reference photos.
Can you build a tree from our drawings or a reference photo?
Yes. Send drawings, renderings or reference photos and we build the tree to the shape, height and canopy you specify.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 3 trees per design.
Can I order just one or two custom trees?
Yes. One-off custom builds of one or two trees are possible, but the unit cost is higher than for orders of 3 or more trees per design.

Can artificial trees be used outdoors?
Yes. Choose the outdoor version, whose foliage is UV-resistant. The indoor version is not UV-resistant and is intended for interior spaces.
Are your artificial trees fire retardant?
Standard trees are not fire retardant. Fire-retardant foliage is available on request; tell us your project requirement when you ask for a quote.
Can you wrap an artificial tree around a building column?
Yes. The trunk can be built around an existing column so the column becomes part of the tree. Send the column dimensions and photos with your enquiry.
What is the difference between artificial, faux and silk trees?
They are names for the same kind of product. "Artificial tree" is the usual term in commercial specifications, "faux tree" is common in home décor retail, and "silk tree" is an older trade name that is still used for trees with fabric foliage.
